There was a port which I did some years ago, with the object of making StoreForGlorp work in ObjectStudio, and then being able to use it as a bridge between VisualWorks and ObjectStudio. However, once the ObjectStudio 8 work started, I didn't do anything more with it. I can dig the code up if you're interested, and most of the changes were just things to make the basic Glorp code more portable to OS Classic. The biggest obstacle was the database connects. I used an Oracle connect that supported dynamic SQL, but most of the OS Classic connects, as I remember, wanted to use Oracle's Pro*C or equivalent types of technologies to compile the SQL in statically. That doesn't fit well with the way Glorp works.
