This is fairly self-explanatory.  You need the "autopoint" program.
It's part of gettext.

$ which autopoint
/usr/bin/autopoint
$ dpkg -S /usr/bin/autopoint
gettext: /usr/bin/autopoint

The version is OK.  You need to check with RPM to see what files were
installed as part of the gettext package.  Check the RPM manual.

$ dpkg -L gettext | grep autopoint
/usr/share/man/man1/autopoint.1.gz
/usr/bin/autopoint

It's whatever the RPM equivalent of '-L' is.
