[GeSHi-devel] Language file for Vim attached.

Hello Ben and hello all,

I've attached a language file for 'Vim Script' for consideration for 
inclusion into the GeSHi list of languages.

I've spent just an hour over it, and have a couple of todos listed in 
the file, but I think it is usable enough already.
