Thanks! Please let us know if his problem has been resolved, if he was confused, or if there was a real problem. Hmmm, if he was confused, I wonder if he (or somebody) could explain what was wrong on the list, and how to do the right thing using gerbv? I always hate to see unresolved complaints about the software left hanging in public, particularly if it's user error.... Many people assume open-source apps are crap, and stuff like this reinforces that impression. Also, if he was doing something wrong, others will make the same mistake, and having the answer to his problem show up via Google is a useful thing for everybody.
