[geomview-users] Make command error

Hello Geomview users,

I am trying to run Geomview on a Windows machine via Cygwin and I am having difficulty installing Geomview at all. I can't get past #6 in the instruction list (http://personal.ee.surrey.ac.uk/Personal/L.Wood/software/SaVi/building-under-Windows/) because every try I execute make I get the following error:

"make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop."

Help!
