At first glance, Gentoo looks like exactly the file manager that I've been dreaming of - but I'm having a heck of a time making it perform! What I want to configure it to do is, when I click on the name of a file in a directory pane, it should see that it's an html file (I got that part, I think) and start up firefox (I sort of have that, I think) and pass it the name of the selected file (not a clue). Is there a secret documentation file that I'm missing? I've read the files in the docs directory (useful test data for trying to accomplish my task), and they stop just short of being particularly useful... Mike- -- Mornings: Evolution in action.
