Hi Midori just figured out that a restart is required as well, so we now have the icons showing. Yay! Thanks to all who contributed instructions. I have attached a screenshot of the icon setup, and one of the icons in with the normal is_a and part_of icons, for comparison. Icon files are at http://www.ebi.ac.uk/~jdeegan/stored/oboediticons/ if anybody wants to improve them.
