Some users at early days had the light pen screens pointing up, with a good sized desk for hands to rest on, making the use equivalent to writing with pen and paper. At early days there were good ergonomic guides. They were forgotten until a few years ago. People still use bad configurations such as where monitor is at too high and too far away and where keyboard is at too low. Shops still sell "computer desks" with bad ergonomics.
