[Algorithms] Interpolating Between SH Coefficients?

Hey all,

When rendering an object with spherical harmonics, is it possible to =
interpolate between two (or more) sets of SH coefficients?  I know it's =
possible to do so on a vertex level (interpolate the two vertex colors =
after determining the color using both sets of SH coefficients,) but I =
was curious, is it possible to interpolate between the SH coefficients =
directly?
