If a checksum is too slow, the fastest way I can think of is to just XOR
every dword. Its far from being a perfect solution however, 
since for every matching incorrect bits, the error will cancel itself out
and you'll never know the files were different.

I need to find a way to quickly check if 2 files are different.  I was
thinking maybe generating a checksum value from the file's data but that
would probably be too slow.

I want to do this because I frequently copy many files from a src directory
to a dest directory/console and this takes a while.
