For 'most' modern collision research UNC seems to be the place. Try: http://www.cs.unc.edu/~geom/collide/packages.shtml For people Ming C. Lin is probably one of the best people on the subject. http://www.cs.unc.edu/~lin/ There are slides from a talk she gave a GDC 2000 that is probably the best overview that you can get. There is a paper from her in the GDC 2000 proceedings 'Fast Proximity Queries for Large Game Environments' This is probably the best overall summary you can get without wading through lots of separate papers. -Brian. |
