Well, is there no way to achieve this? My FUSE FS's performance is affected
badly (mainly due to the storage device used) because of the need to
generate thumbnails. I am not expecting a solution out of FUSE only, but my
question is that is there a way that the file system says that it doesn't
support displaying of thumbnails in any type of file browser application;
meaning that the file browser application's setting might say 'Display
Thumbnails' but for my file system the application won't bother requesting
for thumbnails because it doesn't support that.
