Hello, I am currently working on a FUSE file system that takes some custom arguments. I followed the example shown on the Hello FS Wiki with arguments in order to parse them correctly. I compile my source code with the following command: gcc -Wall `pkg-config fuse --cflags --libs` hellofs.c -o hellofs where hellofs.c is the file with the source code. I get the following error: /tmp/ccSsM08z.o: In function `main': hellofs.c:(.text+0x3dd): undefined reference to `fuse_opt_parse' hellofs.c:(.text+0x401): undefined reference to `fuse_main_real_compat25' hellofs.c:(.text+0x420): undefined reference to `fuse_opt_free_args' collect2: ld returned 1 exit status FYI, I installed FUSE by following the instructions shown on the web-site. My system is an Ubuntu 12.04 desktop with gcc version 4.6.3. Can anyone please tell me why I receive the aforementioned compilation error. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Nick |
