Hello, I'm running Kubuntu and I tried installing fuse + sshfs through KDE's Adept Manager. When I try to use sshfs, I get the following error: sshfs: /usr/lib/libfuse.so.2: version `FUSE_2.5' not found (required by sshfs) Indeed the version of libfuse that was installed predates 2_5, as can be seen below $ ls -alt libfuse.so.2 lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 16 2006-07-04 01:47 libfuse.so.2 -> libfuse.so.2.4= .2 1. Is the version of the library the source of the problem? 2. If so, where can I get Fuse 2.5+ for Ubuntu? Thanks, Georgeeee |
