Is there any reason why an ls -l would fail with an sshfs mount point, but an ls by itself would not? My setup is like this: /home/user/array1 -> sshfs mounted to SAN /home/user/array2 -> sshfs mounted to SAN (different fs on same SAN) however as that user I can ls, but not ls -l, it just hangs. Also as root, I can ls -l in that directory, but obviously I get a permission denied error. I haven't seen this problem before and it's not been a problem until now. BTW, I can't cd into the mount points either, but don't get any error messages. -- Interdum feror cupidine partium magnarum Europae vincendarum Mark Haney Sr. Systems Administrator ERC Broadband (828) 350-2415 |
