[sshfs] sshfs is very slow

Hi,

   I'm comparing speed of copying files using "scp" and sshfs. I've got max
speed of 8kB/s over sshfs and about 70kB/s over scp. Am I doing somethig
wrong?
   I've used the same keys (-C) for both of test cases.
