Fuse crashes when JOYSTICK_FIRE_2 button is pressed, just after Fuse start up.

JOYSTICK_FIRE_2 button should open menu (except Wii)? Seems that something got wrong by r4109 refactoring.

I meant to say widget UIs (SDL, Xlib, fb, etc), except Wii.
