#137 disk.c with `utils_read_file'

There are two patch, one for libspectrum and one for fuse:

libspectrum patch:
- adds new LIBSPECTRUM_CLASSes and LIBSPECTRUM_IDs:
..._CLASS_DISK_OTHER, ..ID_DISK_UDI, .._DISK_FDI, .._DISK_CPC, .._DISK_ECPC, .._DISK_SAD, ..DISK_TD0
- removes the .._ID_DISK_DSK, because ..CPC and ...ECPC

The fuse patch change the disk/disk.c:
- now it use for opening the `utils_read_file', so if the archive patch applied (patch #1857285) then plusd and beta can open gzipped/bzipped/zipped images (bug #884249)
- fixed the bytes per track calculation in `open_fdi', `open_cpc' and `open_td0'
- fixed the `disk_alloc' code, now it sets the disk density if we call with DISK_DENSITY_AUTO
