faad2 is able to decode m4a files, such as iTunesPlus files (drm free aac mp4 music files)

It'd be great if fuppes had a faad2 based transcoder for such files, so they could be served up as mp3s to players that don't support them

It looks like faad 2.5 supports linux and windows, and has a streaming decoding api

    I just took a look at the faad2 api. Looks quite easy.
    Should be available in a few days.
