#212 System clock errors

Lately I've noticed my system has been crashing a lot, which I traced down to hardware clock getting out of sync with CPU/NTP. This sync issue kept on going until I turned off fuppes daemon in the system.
I'm not sure why exactly it started happening and why I didn't notice it sooner (perhaps NTP had been compensating enough until the RTC battery ran out), but it's definitely fuppes' fault.
I'm running rygel now and there are no issues.
