When auto sync is "enabled" and once a connection error is thrown (Snapshots Attached), no syncing takes place at the next scheduled time. Once the prompt is closed syncing starts again. Is there any solution to this bug?
This seems to be an old issue that appears to still be open. I am too being inconvinenced by the FTP connection exception error as described by the original poster. The exception still halts all automatic syncing until it is cleared. I dont mind a popup indicating there was an issue but are there plans in a future release to have fullsync continue to retry sync attempts until it is sucessfull?
I use fullsynce to copy critical weather data and storm alerts to display screens throughout the plant to alert employees of bad weather and emergency alerts. If fullsynce stops syncing, the alerts dont happen or update.
Thanks
Tim

Hi Tim,
Yes the longterm plan is to improve the syncing to for example add a sync history and logs of what was transferred, the time, size, ... as well as retention for those logs.
I can't give you a specific release date tough.

Christoph

No, currently this is working as it was originally intended.
However I do intend to change this in one of the future releases.

Thanks for your reply.
In which version can I expect this change? Also if I could be of any help in developing the same please let me know.

Recently discover your software and Im using FullSync 0.10.4. Works amazing.
Also tested in Windows 10 and Windows Server 2019 using JRE 8.
When (for any reason) the source or destination isn't available this throwed nested error stops the threads in the scheduler queue.
The proyect has active manteinance and development? Are You considering fix this?
Regards.
Yes I am considering fixing this, but I still can't give you a specific release date.
Contributions are always welcome tough!
