#443 Renaming Fleet UI Update Needed

By right clicking on a fleet in the Fleets list in the FleetWnd, one can rename a fleet. After doing this, if there is a single fleet window open, the window's title still shows the fleet's old name. It should update, by the fleet emitting a StateChangedSignal when it is renamed, and the single fleet window having connected this to a function that causes it to update, likely by fully repopulating the window and resetting the title.
