#4 Support of different terminal types

Hi,

it would be useful, if the emulated terminal type (e.g.
3270, 3277, 3277A or 3278) can be configured. This is
an important requirement, because the terminal type
determines the screen size (number of columns and
rows) which must be compliant to the host application
screen maps.
