ANOTHER new bug: Something seems to be clearing my main application window when I let go of it after dragging it. (This is a single-buffered program that should *never* clear the display unless specifically directed by a user action. I've noticed something like this with the Fractals_random demo as well on UNIX_X11, but it did not seem to plague my own program, so I chalked it up to (possibly) a Fractals_random feature and meant to investigate it. Now it seems(?) to nearly- plague my own program where it definitely is not wanted and I do not believe that it used to work this way under old GLUT or even under freeglut.) Can someone confirm this under WIN32? Or might it be peculiar to UNIX_X11? ...I remain focused on the menu problem (which I now believe to be solely one of resizing---the menus seem to a casual inspection to be placed incorrectly, but the problem is only that they are not of suitable size (horizontally, at least). Sorry for random babbling on this topic. (^& I'm poking around slowly and making some headway, though, and wanted to bring to light these other concerns as I see them. -- "I probably don't know what I'm talking about." http://www.olib.org/~rkr/ |
