It's proprietary, it's a GUI, and I don't think it's worth the effort to sync back and forth between git and svn to be honest. I'm not really keen to use git as long as it's just an svn mirror. However, we could discuss the possibility of moving the git repo to an organization, doing a last sync off svn, and switching completely to git for the project. I'm not a big fan of git personally, I use mercurial for all my (new) projects, which I find much easier to use (and actually much closer to svn, interface-wise). But I do like github, and there is an hg-git extension for mercurial which allows pushing/pulling to/from git repos, which I'm using for my github-hosted projects currently.
