[Freeglut-announce] Announcing FreeGLUT 3.0.0 RC2

FreeGLUT 3.0.0 RC2 is available on sourceforge:

Apologies for the long delay between RC1 and RC2. If there are no
critical bugs with this one, we'll be able to release 3.0.0 shortly.
