There's a glutFullscreenToggle call which others mentioned but that's freeglut-specific, and quite broken as I've already mentioned (I fixed it recently for UNIX/X11 and it should work, but I didn't touch the windows version at all). However, that call is a bit redundant. The original GLUT way (which also works with freeglut) is to call glutReshapeWindow or glutPositionWindow.
