OK, I've added "defined(__APPLE__)" to the list of platforms that define "TARGET_HOST_POSIX_X11". This is definitely a stopgap measure, and I have said so in a couple of places. According to Paul Martz (e-mail from the 16th), this allows the library to build but when he tries to run the demo programs he gets a bus error and GDB doesn't recognize them as executable files. This is clearly suboptimal but might be fixable by something besides "freeglut" code changes. Message-Id: <200...@yo...> If I don't hear anything to the contrary, I'll try putting out RC3 tonight. I may not get to it for a couple of days, but it definitely moves near the top of my priority list tonight.
