#2 Patch for running from USB Key and PHP5/GD2 Support

This patch contains all the necessary files for
changing the runtime support of the servers for running
of a USB key.

This version includes PHP5 MySQL/GD2 support, only
requires base PHP5 zip to replace PHP4 folder.
