Dear FOX users, Hope all of you are playing with FOX nicely ! Let me share my experience with Image preview, which is currently disturbing my sleeping at night !! My team using FOX-1.7.9 for almost 2 years. And they are very happy with it then MFC (we will DUMP that soon!). In my current project, one of our main features was to show the preview image from the buffer at run time. But for some images , unfortunately my application crashes while showing the preview. And the crash happens randomly. We have used following function: FXImage* image_object = loadImageData(buffer, ext) image_object->create(..) image_object->scale(..) We found that, crash may happen any of these three functions. We never work with preview before, so our application still crashing which a very big problem right now for us. So my question is, is there any way to handle the data, even if the image data is invalid or something going WRONG that we don't know. I mean, we need to stop the application crashing rather then showing it. We have also used try()..catch(), no expected result . Does anybody facing the same problem or have the solution already ? It will be very much helpful for my team. Thanks in advanced! -Same |
