Attached is the trace for a very simple update query, from a Clarion program. I want to know if transaction frame is well used (it´s, in this case, auto generated by Clarion SQL driver) as Clarion doesn't include Firebird as "officially supported engine". If not, I can send SQL commands directly to engine, but I don't know if they are ODBC Standard or exclusive of Firebird. Calling from ODBC connection, following is correct? sql('set transaction') !do some processing if error sql('rollback') else sql('commit') end "SQL" doesn't really exists, I've written this way to show "direct odbc/sql calls" from Clarion.
