#4488 pgplot-5.2.2-11 (depending on gcc5)

I have updated the pgplot package to use gcc5 instead of gcc49.
Version unchanged (5.2.2).
Revision bumped from 10 to 11.
fink -m rebuild pgplot produces no errors or warnings.
This does not affect pgplot.patch
