The attached packaging updates the freeglut package to the latest upstream release and...

1) Removes the incorrect linkage against the system libGL/libGLU (who did that?) with the correct fix of adding the -L/usr/X11R6/lib linkage path after -L%/lib on LDFLAGS. This is required anyway for the newer freeglut to find all of the X11 libs. FYI, I believe --x-includes= and --x-libraries= is broken for its configure so we need to set -I/usr/X11R6/include on CFLAGS as well).
2). Removed the unnecessary --disable-dependency-tracking.

Tested with 'fink -m --build-as-nobody' on 10.7 fink against Xcode 4.3.2 and then used to build pymol-py.

OK for 10.6/x86_64, so I put this "into the wild" on the 10.4 tree, too.
