[fink-core] fink-mirrors update

I have updated the fink-mirrors package, removing uox.ms.us and  
bru.be.eu from both the master and rsync lists because they do not  
work and we can no longer contact their maintainers.  Further work in  
cleaning up these lists obviously should be done.
