[Fink-i18n] [Fwd: [cvs] web/download srcdist.en.php,1.5,1.6]

srcdist.en.php has been updated to tell bootstrappers to download the 
fink-0.27.3 tarball instead of the obsolete fink-0.8.1-full tarball.  We 
need to update this in other languages.
