[gnome-core] update for orbit2

The attached info/patch files update orbit2 to the latest (last?) 
version 2.14.19.  Changes:

o -j1 is removed

o All tests pass on 10.6/* and 10.7. Of note, the two bugzilla entries 
listed in the original .info no longer seem to be an issue.
