The command dpkg -L xemacs-sumo-pkg lists the files installed by that package. I'm not quite sure what that package actually is, though. Run fink list emacs for the list of packages that are related to emacs. In particular, the emacs22 package installs a binary called emacs22, located under /sw/ bin, that opens on X11.
