This might be a question of undeclared dependencies installed or not (I got my first deb from Todai, too). For the doubly-defined symbols, I have now checked a fix into CVS. Totem builds and runs then. Can't say whether it works: I have yet to find a movie that it wants to play. Also, for a package that uses python heavily while building, it is a little shy about dependencies on pythonXX, pygtk2 etc. In fact, the list of dependencies one gets using a tool like depfinder is only vaguely related to the list of dependencies in the totem.info file. I am not volunteering to fix this, I would rather scrap the whole thing. -- Martin |
