It looks like your system thinks that libiconv should be in that strange location, which looks like a temporary directory from a build. Check and see if you have libiconv.2.dylib on your system under /sw/lib (the proper location). If you do, then maybe you can symlink or copy it to /sw/src/root-libiconv-1.7-5/sw/lib , and then do a 'fink reinstall libiconv--which hopefully should make the system realize where the lib is supposed to be.
