#33 ability for user to review upload request recips/msgs

It would be useful for users who 'request upload' from third-parties were able to review to whom the requests were sent to and the 'add message to email' in the 'upload requests'. If someone generates a lot of upload requests, theres no contextual difference between the many. This would allow them to cherry-pick what they want to cancel, review whom has sent a file, etc. Currently that data is only used to form the upload request email to the third-party.
