It would be nice to add a more sophisticated filter engine (with more options than crop, scale and de-interlace) to the encoding settings which returns commandline arguments for video filters (-filter:v:%i) and audio filter (-filter:a:%i)
especially effects like fade-in and fade-out would be useful for segmentation...
