I am trying to use Windows Mover Maker, but it keeps
crashing and an error message appears stating ffdshow
has an error.
Can any one please help?

IT's ME! The guy who but the e-mail in the other messege! I found a way to fix the problem if Windows Movie Maker crashed when you try to import audio! Open FFDSHOW audio decoder config and go to the "mp3" and turn it to disable. It SHOULD be set to "libmad" so change it to disable. And then your done! =D
