any possibility to have such thing in video decoding?
i found some stuffs at

but nothing too clear; zoomplayer seems to have an
implementation, but i'm not sure about functionality.

There is framerate doubler in deinterlace menu.

This sounds like either a particularly good 60fps bobber, or
a motion-compensated framerate changer.
