Are there perhaps two different ffado libraries on the system - an older one supplied with the base system, plus the newer one you compiled a month back? If this is the case, it's possible that jackmp's configure script is finding the old version before the new. Are any other messages displayed by jackmp's configure script? It would be interesting to know whether it's finding any ffado and what version that might be. If this isn't shown on the terminal it might be found in a log file in jackmp's top-level directory.
