I started testing Fez with 1.1, and I was excited to learn about the 1.2 release recently. However, after getting 1.2 configured and otherwise working on my system, I'm stuck at the same place: creating communities. I think I might have a clue about what is going on, but I'm wondering if anyone on this list can give me pointers to help me fix it. Logged in as the admin user, when I go to the Create Communities page and enter the required data, the buttons on the form (both "Publish" and "Reset Form") do not appear to work, no matter what web browser I'm using. Clicking them just does nothing. I checked the HTML source, and I found this when looking for form tags: <form name=3D"wfl_form1" onsubmit=3D "javascript:return (checkFormSubmission(this, 'validateForm'));" action=3D"/fez/workflow/enter_metadata.php" method=3D"post" enctype=3D "multipart/form-data" id=3D"wfl_form1"><input type=3D"hidden" = name=3D"id" value=3D"ff127d0227e54cdc0eedf69c41b34ed2"></form> </td> </tr> <tr> <td colspan=3D"2" bgcolor=3D"#A7C1DF"> <table border=3D"0" cellpadding=3D"0" cellspacing=3D"0" width=3D"100%"> <tr> <td width=3D"100%" align=3D"center"><input class=3D"button" = type=3D"submit" name=3D"workflow_button_82" value=3D"Publish"> | <input class=3D "button" type=3D"reset" value=3D"Reset Form" tabindex=3D"13"></td> </tr> </table> It looks to me that the </form> tag above is in the wrong place and should be put after the form data and buttons. In other words, the form buttons _couldn't_ work, as they aren't enclosed in the HTML form tags. Can anyone else using Fez confirm this? Is it just me? What can I do to fix it? Thanks. Stacy |
