It would be a case of copying include/class.fedora_api_2_2.php to a
class.fedora_api_3.php (assuming the API for 3.0 is the same as 3.1 etc) and
modifying each of the api calls in there to use new fedora api parameters
available in 3. I don't think each one is that different to be honest so it
probably wouldn't be a lot of work.

On top of the fedora api changes made in 3.x I think they also changed the
foxml model. My understanding is they just removed the disseminations part
of it, in which case that would be an easy transition too.

It would be a case of finding the new foxml.xsd (foxml 2.0 schema?) and
pasting that into the xsd record in the fez admin gui for 'foxml'. Then
taking a look at the xsd display mappings and see if they still display ok
and then seeing if you can still create an object ok.

So not too much work, and I would be glad to give you some help if you run
into trouble.
