#91 Enhanced Image Browser (add URL, use Name as ALT)

May be it's usefull for anybody using a database with
images and there titles.

If added simply a new attribute url to the image xml
response.

Like <File name="used for alt and browser" url="http://
image.url" size="000" />

on the JS site if changed

filemanager/browser/default/frmresourceslist.html

a little to include this behavior.

The onclick link will now set the url and alt and the icon
is recognized from the url.

OpenFile is modified and the new attribute of the file is
read by the parser.

Think it's very small but may be it's usefull for other
users.
