I don't checked iptables with the hurry of cleaning all the banned IPs to recover the system. Next time it will occur I will check iptables with iptables -L. The strange things is that fail2ban should ban 1IP address, not every IP address. When the problem occurs there are no IP address that can connect to my VPS.
