It's not really that far along. There are bugs and work around's everywhere. It runs, and is semi playable, BUT there is so many unknown usecode intrinsic functions that the plot doesn't work at all. Plus there are the problems with cached in eggs, and also other problem with teleport eggs. Conversations don't work properly. I never finished the paperdolls, but at least you can equip party members at the moment. Odd thing is that in the forum the person said that they have the Black Sword. This is something that I have been unable to get. :( I never ever start with it. Additionally instead of starting with a spell book equied in your right hand you have an unmoveable 'USECODE container' (what ever that is) there instead. This was in the original, but was hidden. Some more specific Bugs: -Intro sequence doesn't play. -Multiple NPC conversations don't work properly (face doesn't change) -Sequence that teleports Companions away and changes items is very very buggy (crashes game, deletes terrain) -Thoxa/Karnax fight scene crashes game -Incorrect Thoxa copy protection answers end in infinite conversation loop, causing game to crash -After giving password for the test of monitor you don't go in. -Guards opening portcullises don't open gates. -Can't get out of the Bull Towers prison (where Hawk is) -You don't get ambushed after raiding the britannian mint -You can't activate the Trip to moonshade -Serpentine Text doesn't work (crashes game) -You can walk through Gorlab. I haven't done enough at Fawn to see if anything is wrong. |
