I'm wondering whether anyone else came across this problem: In trying to launch eXist as a standalone server under Win2000, server.bat yields errors as it's written. The next to the last line, which calls cpappend.bat to build a list of jar files, is looking in the wrong directory. Changing "in (%EXIST_HOME%\lib\*.jar)" to "in (%EXIST_HOME%\lib\core\*.jar)" fixes that. Is there a switch that would cause the for-loop to search the directory recursively? I'm wondering why this batch file worked for others. eXist is launching fine for me now. James |
